The egg mixture was good, but the crust never become anything other than half-baked dough. I extended the baking time to an hour and a half.... the ham was real crisp, and the eggs wound up rubbery... but no luck with the crust.

This recipe is quick and easy. Just make sure you press the dough up the pan to form a "lip", otherwise all the egg mixture will overflow.
