This was such fun to make and EASY!! We used a moist,white & fluffy cake mix. Found "spider-web" designed cupcake liners and arranged everything just like the picture! The Betty Crocker Neon food colors had a neon orange which worked great for the frosting. My husband drew the spider web design PERFECTLY!! This was perfect for a 1 y/o first Halloween! A real hit!
