Amazing. Try with brie. Added vanilla as per zigana's advice and had to keep myself from eating the whole thing. It's very tasty!

My kids love this puffy pancake. I like to add vanilla extract to the batter. I love how easy it is to make first thing in the morning!

This is a quick and easy breakfast. I love eating mine with powdered sugar and a little fresh squeezed lemon juice.

This says it is 4 servings, but my husband can eat an entire one by himself! I share a second one with the kids. They bake fine if you do two. We love topping it with powdered sugar and strawberries (sprinkled with sugar and resting while the pancake bakes) and eating it with maple syrup sausage on the side. Yummy!

This is my favorite breakfast!! I add cinnamon and sugar to butter and melt. Peel and thinly slice apples and put a thin layer into the melted butter mixture and bake as instructed. Mmmmmmm

I love this recipe for a quick, seemingly-fancy breakfast for company. The way it puffs up in the oven is so pretty. Guests are always impressed.
