Instead of tomatoes I included some frozen corn and peas, simply because that is what is in my freezer! I served it with some garlic toast and garlic "Simply Potatoes" mashed potatoes. This dish was great!

This recipe was good. I added paprika and garlic to regular mashed potatoes and it did the trick. Yummy

This was great. After reading reviews, I didn't use tomatoes but diced up some sweet red peppers and added them to it. I also added some chopped garlic and sprinkled it with cheddar cheese. My son and I loved it!

My family and I really enjoed this meal. I did make some changes. I did not have chopped broccoli so instead I used frozen green beans. I read previous reviews that the tomatoes were overpowering so instead I used half a jar of Roasted Red Peppers. I think that made a big difference.

My husband and I really loved this dish! We decreased the amount of diced tomatoes to a few spoonfuls, and we used the garlic diced tomatoes to add extra flavor. It was also really good using fresh broccoli instead of the frozen if you have the time to chop it.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this tummy-warming dish. It's a great dish for winter. I omitted the tomatoes and mixed in more chicken. It's really tasty served over real mashed potatoes. I made Bisquick Biscuits, split them, smothered them with low-fat margarine then piled the potatoes and chicken mixture on the top. Serve with chilled pudding and cubed fresh fruit...marvelous, nutritious, and filling.

Wow, what a quick, easy, and relatively nutritious meal. I had to use 2 pouches of garlic mashed potato mix but will use 3 pouches next time because my family wanted more. I omitted the tomatoes, used 3 cups of diced chicken, and had to add about another 1/4 cup of milk to the chicken mixture. It was delicious after I added salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.

I loved this meal because it filled up my family and I still had left overs for tomorrow, which never seems to happen. The only thing I would add to it is some more seasoning.
