If you are an avocado aficionado, you’ll love these stuffed with a combination of tuna, cheese and olives.

Very Interesting. I did not know that they avocados can be baked. SummerSweety30 I did not see the tip after I read your posting. I usually use my fingers to pull the seed out or use a spoon.

Well, I tried this recipe last night and I would have loved to have written a review based on how great it was but I didn't get that far. I'm young (early 20's) and new to cooking. In my opinion, the "How-To" tip about seeding the avocado should probably be taken down. While trying to twist the knife, the sharp edge went through the seed and avocado and into my index finger. 5 stitches later I am writing this review to warn anyone not experienced in seeding avocados to be very cautious and a butter knife or spoon may be a better approach to seeding the avocado. I'll review this meal after I've healed and actually get to finish this recipe. :-)

These are really quick to make, they taste delicious and they sound sophisticated. It''s a great combination of flavors. Since my husband doesn''t like tuna or avocados, I think I''m going to tweak the recipe for him by adding a couple tablespoons of bacon bits instead of tuna and cooking them in wonton wrappers for a fun potato dish.
