Very tasty! I've never had a bad portabella dish and this one is now added to my new favorites. There's just enough flavor in these especially from the feta, that it is very tasty on a bland whole-grain bread or served on rice. Yum!

This is a great vegetarian recipe. I made it with the cucumbers with yogurt-dill sauce and some rice and it was awsome. We are not vegitarians, but my husband was recently diagnosed with diabeties, so we are trying to find more healthy meals that actually taste good. This one is a keeper for us!!
