I followed the directions, however my husband said the mixture needed flavor,he said the corn was tasteless (maybe because I used less than quality corn?)I believe it was because I did'nt season the meat. over all I would make it again. The only difference would be that I will add season to the meat and better brand of frozen corn

This recipe turned out really good. It's a great way to dress up pork chops. I made homemade potato wedges and it was a big hit with my family!

This turned out really great. The onions caramelized nicely and gave it a yummy taste. The only change I made was instead of seasoning the pork chops with seasoned salt I used fajita seasoning. Otherwise I made it according to the recipe. I also served this with the recommended side dish Loaded au Gratin Potatoes. They were definitely a compliment to the meal.

I took out the onion and tomatoes because my significant other doesn't care too much for most of his vegetables. It turned out to be quiet a hit ! The only thing I might change in the future is how long the pork chops are cooked for because a little dry. All in all though a good recipe!

I mixed all the veggies together in a baking dish with the chops on top for about 40 minutes on 350 and this was a family favorite!

This was a very tasty recipe, however I am not big on Thyme, and there is probably another herb out there, like Rosemary that this might be better with. Next time I will try it with that and use boneless pork chops. One other thing I felt needed, and I did, was add a tablespoon of cornstarch & equal water to the vegetable mixture to thicken it up a little.
