These egg rolls were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I made them for our family and neighbors and they said they were better than any egg roll at the Chinease resturants.
I used canned mushrooms instead of fresh mushrooms and used regular provolone cheese instead of the smoked provolone they they turned out FANTASTIC. We used the left over au jus to dip the egg rolls in.
Was definatly a hit at my house and we will be making them again soon, and I will definatly be sharing this recipe with friends and family.
