Peas with Butter-Toasted Almonds

  • 1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook almonds in butter 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown.
  • 2 Stir in peas and salt. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until peas are tender.
