I have a family members that loves apples. Tried 2 large apples sliced thin where the fruit are to be layed and it was great. So just follow the recipe the same just add APPLES instead of other fruit....

THIS IS JUST THE RECIPE IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! IVE HAD CANS OF PEARS IN MY PANTRY FOR A WHILE NOW AND THE KIDS ARE TIRED OF EATING THEM. SO WHEN I FOUND THIS RECIPE I PLAYED WITH IT A LITTLE AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT! THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS SUB. THE WATER IN THE RECIPE FOR THE JUICE FROM THE CAN OF PEARS.
