Quite delicious. I added a tsp of ground ginger and I subbed half the oil with unsweetened applesauce and subbed 1 cup of AP flour with Whole wheat to boost nutrition and it came out very tasty!

This recipe is very good. I used toasted walnuts and substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil. I enjoyed eating it warm with a little bit of butter on it.

This is really good and easy to make! I've made it a few times. However, it does taste like its missing something. I put butter and cinnamon and sugar on top or jelly, but still - it just tastes like needs something small yet.

No problems with the recipe as is, but I think I'll try all rhubarb next time as I really like rhubarb. Otherwise very good, came out prefect.
