I loved the combination of peaches and raspberries but found the cobbler a little dry and not enough flavor. I would add regular sugar to the dry ingredients next time and a little cinnamon to the fruit.

Very good! I was out of cornstarch and used flour, not quite the results I expected, but it was still very good! The peach and reasberry flavors do not overpower each other and work very well together. Yummy!

I have used this recipe countless times. It is one of my families favorite cobblers. However, I eliminated the nutmeg and used about a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon instead. It is awesome especially if served warm with vanilla ice cream. Yum!

I tried this recipe and it was wonderful. I used a small ice cream scoop to arrange the Bisquick on top that make it come out even with gaps for the jucies to come through. It's good warm or cold.

I agree with Fwossie. I was overpowered by the nutmeg and the biscuit did not completely cook in the 30 minutes. I am going to try the Tropical Peach Cobbler in this month's newsletter with dried cranberries. It has cinnamon instead of nutmeg. I will also use a smaller spoon and let it cook the full time. We ate this with ice cream and it was good - but not great - suggest the Summer Fruit Crisp for GREAT !

hello all- I am a huge cobbler lover. Immediately i loved the pairing of the two chosen fruits. I would decrease the nutmeg to just a pinch. In my mouth it really overpowered the sweetness of the fruit. With that adjustment it is wonderfull.

This was pretty good, but I cooked it for 25 minutes- -until "brown and bubbly"- -and it was still a little uncooked in places. So I would definitely recommend going for a full 30 minutes. Also, I thought this recipe had WAY too much nutmeg in it. I added the whole teaspoon, thinking it was a lot but I love nutmeg so I didn''t think it would bother me. Well, it really overpowered the whole cobbler. Next time I would maybe do a pinch or 1/4 tsp at most of the nutmeg. The fruit flavor is so delicious it needs to be paired with a simpler taste. With those few changes, this might be a 4- or 5-star recipe for me. I might try it again and report back! :)
