Finally, a need for broken lasagna noodles! They're the tasty "rags" in a delicious Italian chicken dish.

My husband and mother in law LOVE this dinner! It is so yummy and quick to make. I never made the pasta but I make butter noodles or red potatoes.

This recipe is a keeper. After reading the reviews, I decided to do something a little different with the pasta to give it more flavor, so I added some bacon to it. After cooking the bacon (4 strips), I removed it from the pan and added the garlic to saute. I followed the rest of the recipe as it was written, adding the bacon (crumbled) to the pan along with the tomatoes and pasta.

This came out delicious...with a couple changes. I marinated the chicken in chicken Worcestershire Sauce to give it more flavor and then I used extra garlic both in the butter mix and when cooking the chicken. I also used extra parmesan cheese in the bread crumbs. The pasta rags were ok. Next time I would probably use sundried tomatoes and spice it up a little more. I will definitely make this again. It was AWESOME!! :)

My boyfrien loved the chicken. I thought it was ok. I made some changes to the pasta. I used fresh spinach. Instead of cherry tomatoes I bought a spicy pasta sauce. In a skillet I put the pasta sauce, spinach, the garlic cloves and fresh basil. I really like the way it turned out.

This recipe was ok. The chicken in it was delicious. The pasta rags were a bit bland. I had even added diced canned tomatoes to it instead of the cherry tomatoes. I will prepare the chicken again by itself.

My family loved this chicken. The pasta needs a little more seasoning. It was bland until I added some more seasoning blend and a dash of creole seasoning. I'd definitely make it again.

The chicken in this recipe was delicious and moist with a crispy coating. The pasta rags were good; instead of cherry tomatoes I substituted a 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes. I also used no-boil lasagna noodles that I had and added them to the pan. The pasta re-heats well the next day. I will make the chicken from this recipe again.

This recipe is AWESOME! If you think it is too much trouble to make the pasta, atleast TRY the chicken, it is very juicy and delicious.

I love this recipe! It is definitely a crowd-pleaser! I added ricotta cheese to the pasta, as suggested, and used bow tie pasta instead of the "rags." I also served the chicken breast over a bed of greens coated in roasted garlic vinaigrette. Yummy!
