Very good... and easy. I used cooking spray and increased the herbs a bit, for part of the process, to reduce calories. Used half red, half "yellow" potatoes for variety.

Very Tasty! My family ate it up! Ran out of olive oil and had to use vegetable oil but it came out just fine...I also put some of the seasoning inside the cavity of the chicken...it added to the flavor. I will make this again!
