Excellent!!! My husband is a very picky eater and he loved these chops! I made them exactly as the recipe stated and they turned out great....and looked like the picture. I will definitely make these again!! I only made the chops - not the slaw.

I used this recipe to make my chicken and it really tastes fantastic. This is such an easy recipe to make. I put my meat on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, which makes the clean up even faster. I love how they are crispy and moist. If you haven't tried this recipe yet you really should try this one.

These are the best pork chops I have ever made. They are so moist and taste fantastic. I have also used ritz crackers in place of saltines, only because I didn't have any on hand. Haven't tried the cole slaw yet. If you love pork chops and don't want to fry them this is a recipe you should definitely try. No mess and easy clean up too.

My family loves this, and I love it as it tastes really great and is health. The slaw just added to the meal. the apple makes the slaw something special

I'm not a slaw fan and even I love this recipe! The pork cutlets turn out wonderful, too-moist with a good, crunchy coating. Even my picky 3-yr-old ate every bite I put on her plate!

Too bad I haven't found this recipe until now. What a find!?!?!?!?!?! I'll have to work on the slaw a bit. I found a bag of slaw mix that was cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and broccoli. Outstanding! I'm a classic slaw lover so I need to figure out how to tweak it to my liking a little better. However, it wasn't bad at all and tasted very refreshing and healthy.

The breading for this recipe was awesome! It was crunchy even cooked in the oven. I doubled the paprika and black pepper, this would be AWESOME for an oven chicken "fried" steak with gravy. I really liked the slaw and so did my 9 year old who is not a huge slaw fan, but my husband who does not like slaw, didn't like it. Next time I will make it without the slaw. GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!!
