I think the cake came out great. Only tweek I made was I let cool and then glazed the cake so I could control how much sweetness I wanted on there. Overall a good tasting cake, brought in for a work breakfast and it was gone within the hour.

Just made this and it came out fine. Used an angle cake pan because my Bundt pans aren’t big enough. Used a flour / oil spray and the release was perfect. It makes a lot of cake, more than eight servings because of the sweetness and richness. This one stays in the box, for sure.

Made this a little while ago and it's super sweet and it was insanely hard to get out of the pan even well greased & floured. I would only pour about half the orange juice glaze because the cake was/is super soggy. Let it cool down before you flip the pan. Before you flip run a knife around all the edges to loosen it. I wouldn't make this again, wasn't super impressed.

Going to try this, but can you use OJ for the water in the mix?
