I made this recipe with a bunt cake pan, and did everything else it said to do. When I flipped it out on the serving plate, it came out so beautiful, the flan part was on top and the cake was on the bottom. I also added a bit of gran marnier liqueur, it added a bit more orange flavor. In the making of the cake I also substituted the liquid for orange juice, it gave it a bit more orange flavor and gran marnier liqueur and it came out excellent! My whole family LOVE'S this cake! I'm going to try and do the same BUT with ALL CHOCOLATE! I would definitely tell everyone to try this recipe it's really, really good! Beautiful Presentation.
