Jazz up a classic biscuit recipe by adding oats. The result? A tender, tasty accompaniment to soups and stews.

I was very pleased with these lovely biscuits! THey went together in literally 2 minutes and baked perfectly in 8. They had a great flavor, too. I'd definately recommend these!

I made these with heart-smart and rice milk and they turned out ok. They are very easy to make and browned evenly in exactly 8 minutes as suggested. They were soft and looked great, but seemed to be missing something in terms of flavor. I served them for breakfast with strawberry jam.Next time I''ll try regular bisquik and real milk.

I have made these several times now, and have decided to make all future biscuits with this recipe. The addition of the oatmeal makes them very delicate and light-delicious with meals and wonderful on its own with jam.
