I loved this recipe - I substituted soba noodles for the linguini. Thought it would be better for am Asian dish. Will make again.

I liked this recipe, it was very good and easy since the veggies cook in the same water as the pasta. I too enjoyed this meal warm. My husbad however did not like this meal at all. He said, "It tastes like peanut coated noodles." I told him that was the point. He ended up having grilled cheese. Oh well, I liked it!

I just made this as a main dish. Just dodn''t rinse the pasta & veggies, only drain them. Then add the peanut butter mixture. For our taste, I added some salt and pepper. The flavors came out better after it sat for a few minutes. Next time I''ll cover and let set for about 5 minutes before serving warm. I served it with boneless chicken chunks (cooked seperately) by frying them in canola oil and sprinkled with spices. YUM! My family loved it!!!

Our family really enjoyed this dish. I served it hot instead of cold, and it was delicious. Will make again!
