Fantastic! Didn't bother with the sauce, this cheesecake doesn't need it. I have read that you need to use a water bath to bake a cheesecake without it cracking, but had a beautiful smooth result with this recipe. Once out of the oven, I did run a knife around the edge of the spring-form so that the cake would easier to remove. I refrigerated it over-night and removed it from the spring-form the next day.
