Fantastic! Didn't bother with the sauce, this cheesecake doesn't need it. I have read that you need to use a water bath to bake a cheesecake without it cracking, but had a beautiful smooth result with this recipe. Once out of the oven, I did run a knife around the edge of the spring-form so that the cake would easier to remove. I refrigerated it over-night and removed it from the spring-form the next day.

It turned out wonderfully! I used oreo cookies that I scraped the creme off of for the crust. The sauce is a little difficult to work with because it cools and hardens REALLY fast, so be carefull and keep it hot until you're done serving it.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I didn't have chocolate crumbs so I used regular graham cracker crumbs and it was great. I will make this one again.
