These were wickedly yummy! They really do taste like the ice cream in cupcake form I was surprised! Now if I could only figure out how to make the mini chips stay on the frosting better...

I made these for my daughter's sleep over using a different brand of cake mix because I wanted 24 full cupcakes and the new size Betty Crocker mix makes smaller cupcakes when you use it for 24. Overall, a huge hit. Where I live, the mini chocolate morsels are not available year 'round so I substituted regular milk chocolate chips that I smashed with my meat tenderizer. I will definitely make these again!
