This recipe in general is a guaranteed one. I don't have the corn-mix and the cheese, but I have the cheese sauce from Progresso. And it is still ok. BTW, I added some garlic. Here are my pix http://www.chaisfood.com/2012/10/nacho-casserole.html I guess I need to go out to get some corn-mix for next time convenience sake. :)

This was just okay for us. Similar to other reviews I added a little sour cream, chili powder, and olives. I also threw in some hot sauce, we like it hot! More than enough for the two of us with some extra for the next day, which is never a bad thing!

Very easy and delicious! I did add an extra teaspoon of chili powder and some cumin, as the chili flavor was not very strong. We ate with extra chips, lettuce and olives. The whole family loved it.

I made this for a brunch. I had so many people asking for the recipe. I did add some Pace Picante to it but otherwise just followed the recipe. Everyone LOVED it. Most people ate it as a dip. I will definitely make this again and again.

Great meal and super easy to make. Definitely way too much food for just my husband and I... so if preparing for a small family I reccomend reducing the ingredients. Also, couldn't taste the chili powder with just 1/2 teaspoon so I'll try increasing it next time.

Awesome even tho I forgot the onion and substituted the Mexican corn with a can on regular corn. My family loved this dish. I was looking for something different for ground beef. This is now added to our family favorites.
