can (4 oz) Green Giant™ mushroom pieces and stems, drained

cups Corn Chex™ or Rice Chex™ cereal (or combination)

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray with cooking spray or grease 2-quart casserole.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix all ingredients in order listed, stirring just until cereal begins to soften. Spread in casserole.
  • 3 Cover and bake 50 minutes. Or if desired, use as stuffing for poultry or pork.

For sausage stuffing, cook and drain a 12-ounce package of bulk pork sausage, and stir into stuffing ingredients just before adding cereal.
