I've made these many times, & they always turn out very good. Now I mostly make a cinnamon version because my family prefers it (I love both!) To make my Cinnamon Biscotti I simply leave out the espresso, water & chocolate chips, then I add about 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Follow the rest of the recipe as it's written.
