I don't have a 9 x 9" pan. Any suggestions? I read where someone used an 8 x 8" pan. Is that the best choice?

These tasted amazing but we couldnt find mint chocolate chips so we had to use the substitution tip at the bottom and it worked well! You just have to personally judge how much mint extract to use. I used an 8x8 inch pan instead of 9 and it turned out good but dont bake it for too long

I make these every St. Patricks Day. Everybody loves them. When I was younger my Aunt use to make Creme De Menthe brownies, These are very similar.
