tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-GURT® yogurt, any flavor (from 1 lb 2 oz box)
paper cups (3-oz size)
craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
block (8x4 inch) white polystyrene foam
cup plus 2 teaspoons frozen (thawed) whipped topping
teaspoons blue gel food color
teaspoon yellow gel food color
ring-shaped gummy candies
teaspoons silver decorator sugar crystals
brown candy-coated milk chocolate mini baking bits or miniature semisweet chocolate chips
pieces black string licorice, cut into 6-inch pieces, do not separate
pieces black string licorice, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, cut in half lengthwise
Squeeze 1 1/2 tubes yogurt into each paper cup; level off. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick through center of foil into each pop. Place upright in freezer 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Run lukewarm water over outside of yogurt cup 20 to 30 seconds (DO NOT MICROWAVE). Remove foil. Remove paper cup. Insert sticks into foam block, and freeze until ready to decorate.
Place 1/4 cup of the whipped topping in small bowl; add blue food color, and fold gently until thoroughly blended. Place 3/4 cup whipped topping in small bowl; add yellow food color, and fold gently until thoroughly blended. Reserve remaining 2 teaspoons whipped topping; DO NOT COLOR.
Using 2 tablespoons yellow whipped topping, frost top one-third of pop, rounding top of pop to form minion shape. Using 1 tablespoon blue whipped topping, frost remainder of pop. Repeat for each pop.
Frost each gummy candy with 1/2 teaspoon reserved whipped topping; sprinkle with sugar crystals. Place baking bit in center of gummy candy. Place about one-half inch down from top of pop on yellow portion of minion for eyeglass; press into whipped topping. Wrap 6-inch licorice strip around minion, and connect to each side of eyeglass to form strap.
Insert nine 1/2-inch pieces licorice randomly into top of each minion to form hair. Carefully insert sticks back into foam block, and freeze until ready to serve.
