This is one of my go-to staples, it's quick, easy and delicious! I use black instead of kidney beans, and I also use a bit more salsa than required, about 24 oz. I've made this so many times that I realized it is better with those two changes. I serve with some of that knorr easy to make taco rice, some sour cream for those who like it, and done. It's always a hit. This used to be printed on the taco bake kit boxes, but lately it hasn't been. It's a shame because it's better than the standard taco bake!

My wife and I tried your Soft Taco Bake Dinner Kit this evening and I made your Mile-High Salsa Pie and it was absolutely fantastic. Keep putting delicious recipes like this on your boxes for us to try. We love them.

OMG! My husband and I thought this was absolutely delicious -- and even better when we reheated the leftovers the next day! I just bought another taco dinner kit -- we'll be having this again very soon.

I got this recipe off of the back of the dinner kit that my husband brought home. At the time, I didn't even know it was on this website. This was a really hearty meal. Even our little dog liked it :0)

Husband loved it and said it was a very hearty meal. He enjoyed eating Mexican this way better than the rolled tortilla versions.

Picky husband loved it!!! I added a can of corn in with beans and meat and sour cream on top as desired Will definetly make again. Picky two year old wouldn't touch it though. I had to make due with cheese on hand so I tore up a few slices of sliced american deluxde with a little cheddar on top.
