A hearty beef and bean dinner can be on your table in less than 30 minutes. Olé!

I have to say I read the last or the only comment about this Mexican steak stir-fry and I noticed that there were no seasonings for this meal. while I was cooking this meal I add diced can of tommatos and no salsa in order to give that good mexican taste I added Cumin powder and tasted while cooking to make sure there was not to much and salt, pepper and lastly I added a little bit of chili powder not to much but enough to give a tingling spice to the palet. After it was done it was delicous mouth watering.

Me and my family absolutely loved it! The only thing I did different was I omitted the corn and I put in one clove of fresh cut up garlic instead. And on the side I served spanish rice! It was very tasty and delicious! I definitely recommend this recipie!

This was terribly bland. Added some seasoning and at least a tablespoon of red pepper flakes but it was still lacking. We ate this with sliced jalapenos and that helped a little. Will probably try again and add seasoning as it's cooking. Thanks for all your great recipes.
