Definitely use cinnamon to cut down on the spiciness. Chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne are a wonderful combination!!

These brownies (morenos?) rock! I did 3 batches, from mild to wild (adjusting the cayenne), and everybody from young to old had a version they loved. For the man-cave, make sure you have some beer to wash them down- chocolate and beer are a natural together!

Wow! Too spicy for my family. I love the idea but next time will only use 1/4 tsp. cayenne.
