This is delicious! The cobbler part is very moist, light and fluffy and has great flavor. Made it for a couple friends and they both loved it!

I used this recipe and substituted 4 c. fresh tart cherries for the 6 c. berries and used 4 drops of almond extract instead of the nutmeg. I put the extract in with the cherries, sugar and corn starch. The group I served this to raved about it so therefore my rating. Enjoy!

I like to cook but when it comes right down to it, baking seems too difficult to make happen unless it''s for a ''special'' occasion. This recipe was so easy I''m actually going to do it again. I like to have friends and family over for during the holidays for quick and simple gatherings. Cobbler and ice cream along with coffee or tea after work hits the spot. Any one can make this recipe and its a great change from cookies and cakes. Have fun and just try it.

I was sitting home just wondering what my daddy was going to cook for dinner and then I said we haven''t made a dessert in forever, I love to bake or cook, so I realized that my mommy was on a diet and said why don''t I look for a recipe that is easy for a 13 year old girl to make and healthy to eat but also fun for your mouth...so I found this recipe and saw that it was easy to make and yummy to eat. My mommy and daddy enjoyed it and asked me where I got the recipe and I told them. Since then they have told everyone! The Merry Berry Cobbler is delicious and extremly easy to make! Not really messy but kind of...it is a great dessert to eat during the summer so that you can pretty much cool off...it is good enough to have after lunch also!
