This tasted really good. It took longer than 10 minutes to prep, though--at least double, I'd say. I forgot to oil the chicken, but the skin kept it moist. I used larger breasts than recommended, so I turned them over after 35 minutes and cooked them about 20 minutes more. I would like the pan juices to be thicker so I could use them for a sauce when serving.
