These are so easy to make it was my first by "scratch" item and it was a hit at my work potluck. Several people even asked me for the recipe. I will make these again but without the glaze.

If you love lemon or other citrus bars, you'll love these! SO tasty and easy. I would recommend a pastry cutter to put the crust together, instead of just a spoon. I make these without the icing, but then, that's just my personal preference. Will make these again and again! Yum!

I made these for the first time to take to a 4th of July cookout and they were a huge hit! Several people asked for the recipe. They are super easy to make and very delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I baked these bars for our Easter Family gathering, and everybody loved them. I uded real rum, and added coloring to the icing. About three people asked me for the recipe!Dinah, from Seattle.

I made these bars for my niece''s bridal shower and received RAVE reviews. They are so easy to make and so tasty as well. Several of the guests asked for the recipe. They will be a great addition to our Easter brunch menu this year. I would recommend this recipe to anyone!
