This recipe is simply fantastic. I have made this chicken three times, and it was perfect every time! It is unbelieveably juicy, even when grilled. The mix of sweet and spicy for the rub are perfect. I get rave reviews every time I make this dish for family or company.

This chicken was so flavorful and moist. I grilled the chicken then sliced served with guacamole and grilled bell peppers. It was so delicious I had to have a second helping. Definitely a keeper!

OMG!!! Made this tonight and it was FANTASTIC!!! I have a Key Lime tree in my yard, but other grating one of my fresh Key Limes, I followed the recipe to the letter. I loved the dry rub so much, I'm using it on Shrimp Skewers this weekend!!! Thanks for a terrific recipe :)

I found this recipe only two weeks ago and I've already made it three times. My husband is crazy about it. I used the rub on steak for him and pork chops for myself. It's fantastic! Super easy and super cheap.
