I made this overnight in the slow cooker and my family raved about it. I did change the recipe slightly by adding 4 cups of chicken broth in the beginning. Besides 2 more cups of water I added water a few times during the cooking process (10 hours on high). I will make this again. I sent some home with my cousin and she asked me for the recipe. Thanks for a great recipe.
