Note for Jeanette: Frozen peas and tuna would go VERY nicely with this recipe as would grilled salmon (yumm!). A dear friend of mine served me salmon that he caught in the Cascade Mountains that was divine! He simply places the salmon steak on foil, squeezes fresh lemon over it, sprinkles with brown sugar, and dots with butter. Closes the foil and grills. To date, his salmon is the best that I have ever had. {waving to Ken! Thanks Buddy and I miss you!}

Quick and easy to make. A bit on the tart side. Kept well overnight. Perhaps too on the bland side for me.

The recipe is easy an handy to have around for crowd size gathering. I''m looking for a suitable substitue for the asparguse, which is personly not one of my favorite vegies.I thought this dish might taste good with some King Salmon, or Smoked King Salmon in it. What do you think the approtpriate quanitiy would be. And the sugar snap peas.
