Lemon-Raspberry Cream Bars
Lemon bars are a breeze to make when cake mix gives you a jumpstart. Raspberry preserves and cream cheese bump up the yum factor.

Very good and very easy! I had to throw something together in a hurry, and only had a jar of lemon curd. Used it in place of the raspberry preserves, and it was wonderful...as long as you enjoy a stronger lemon flavor! I also think blackberry preserves would be yummy.

I made these for the first time and they are very good lemon bars. Easy to make, moist and look as good as they taste. I will make these again for parties, work luncheons, etc.

I would love to make these, but a little unsure on the recipe. It states to use lemon cake mix and then also says to use two eggs, is this in addition to the 3 eggs that are in the cake mix? 5 eggs total?? Sounds like alot of eggs.

Great recipe! Mine came out fantastic and I followed the directions to a tee. I made them for a bridal shower and they were a hit. Very easy to make with great flovor. I would definently make them again.

These were pretty good - I used a whole jar of raspberry preserves because the 3/4 cup didn't seem to be enough. Definitely easy to make.

I'd probably give these only a 4/5 myself, but I made them nearly six months ago and I'm still getting compliments! They weren't hard to make at all and they were gone in no time.

I recently made Lemon-Raseberry Cream Bars for a potluck at work and everybody said they were wonderful and of course I had to give everybody the recipe for this delicious recipe. I also emailed to a friend and she couldn''t stopped raving about them also. I will definately be making these again.Thank you Betty Crocker.
