I made these today as a last minute effort to support our Idaho Pathfinders ATV Club Family Night Silent Auction. Its an annual benefit to raise funds to keep trails open. Our club helps to keep access to trails open for the public, and we also clean trails every summer on public land, removing debris and oftentimes, building bridges over strong creeks. The Nez Perce Clearwater National Forest is a wonderful stretch of outdoor beauty, wildlife, and fresh pine scented air where families and friends can enjoy the great outdoors. This recipe actually made 24 cookies but 4 of the cookie lattice decoration got smashed when my ipad fell back on top. Darn! Guess Bob and I will have to eat a few to test them out. MMMMMMmmmm! Delicious!
