I made this a few weeks ago for a potluck and it went over great and it was so simple to make. For my taste next time I will add a bit more ranch dressing but this really is a great salad. I am making it this weekend for a bbq.

I have made this salad several times now... It's awesome and leaves very little left overs it is so popular. One thing I recommend is if you buy the carrots bagged pre-shredded at the store, to cut them a little smaller. I am now getting requests for it when invited to parties. Thanks Betty!

I made this for a family BBQ this weekend. My friends are picky so they didn't devour it like i'd hoped. However, the next day I added some more ranch, colby-jack cheese, more fresh cut veggies, bacon crumbles and chicken. I brought it to another BBQ and people loved it there. Either way it was refreshing and delicious, great idea and quick to make, lots of flavor!

I made this salad for a party and it was a hit. All of the veggies gave it a "healthy" feel and some even asked for the recipe. Other pasta salads at the party went mostly untouched. This is a fresh take on regular pasta salad and very EASY to make.
