Look for key lime juice in a bottle. I had to juice an entire bag of key limes to get 3/4 cup. It was too much work. The cake was delicious.

I made this cake to take to work for a officemates birthday and it was a big hit. Cake was delicious, flavor was great and I will definitely be making this again ... and again and again!
