These cookies are great. Don't be afraid to make them a few days ahead of time because they get better with age. They freeze well, too.

Always make a double batch...hubby won't give them time to even cool. These are a fixture in my stack of Xmas recipes....A family favorite....

These cookies were GREAT!!! Very easy to make and came out perfect! They were a little crumbly to roll, but I just used wet fingers to shape the cracks back slightly. Will be sure to make these again and again!

These are the best cookies that i have ever made, they taste just like the raspberry jam cookies you would buy at the store. Everytime i make them, they are gone within a couple days.

These are delightful cookies, easy to make and guaranteed crowd-pleasers. I've made them several times, sometimes using red currant jelly instead of raspberry preserves. Adds a hint of tartness to this very sweet cookie.

I made these with lemon pudding and lemon preserves. Were a little difficult to roll. I think I'd like to try to make them with melted butter instead. Otherwise good cookies.
