I love this recipe. My first time was not as good as my second so I made a few changes. I used chicken instead of pork and made my own BBQ chicken because the ones that are prepackage had a lot of vinegar and it did not go well with this recipe. I also used creamy coleslaw and my family loved it. Can't wait to make this again.

These are absolutely the best nachos I have ever had, in a restaurant or at home. I crave them and have made them a couple of times. The changes I have made to my tastes are: I used Kraft Touch of Philly shreds, which was so creamy and melty. I used fresh jalapenos and I used a creamy slaw. I am having them again this weekend and can't wait!

I cooked a BBQ pork roast in the crock pot instead of getting store bought pork. I will definitely make it again and invite friends over since it made so much.

Haven't made this yet, but I won't be using the cole slaw. We don't put cole slaw on our bbq in Kansas City. Other than that, it sounds great.
