Very easy and quick to put together! I microwaved the chips & butter (for 1 min) to speed up the process. This bar is more like a brownie than a cake. RICH and moist. I frosted mine with chocolate ganache. This is a GREAT basic recipe that can be changed to suit your family''s taste.
