I didn't vary a thing.. wasn't sure if I should use black olives or green, and opted for green. It was fantastic. So good my hubby has had 3 pieces.. and he doesn't LIKE olives! The instructions on rolling the loaf on the alum foil was perfect ~ the only thing I did after it was on a pan and ready to go into the oven was I wet my hands with water and smoothed out the meatloaf (which seals the meat). Next time I might add some mushrooms.

I put strips of bacon on the meatloaf and substituted A1 sauce for the ketchup in this recipe for an extra tang. Excellent and easy!

Very good recipe. Pretty easy to follow. Rolling meat to make a loaf was tricky but as recommended if you use the foil it helps. Plus just making it over and over again (LOL) helps too:)

Very good, but rolling the hamburger is quite the challenge, but worth it.

I decided to make this on a whim and it turned out amazing!! I did mix it up a little bit though, I did the ground beef/sausage mix, threw in some mushrooms and added asiago, romano, mozzerella, and provolone to the center. When I added the pizza sauce to the top toward the end I also sprinkled cheddar on top. Delicious and highly recommended!!
