I made this following the recipe and it was yummy but I wanted to find a way to make it a little heartier so now I use 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground Italian sausage and 1/2-1 package of pepperoni. So quick and tastes great!

Just made this for dinner and it was a huge hit. We used an italian sausage pasta sauce that went perfect. It will be in our menu from now on!!

I just made this for supper and it was great! I took everyone's advice and added the garlic, but I added it to both the biscuit mix and the meat and sauce mixture. I upped the parmesan cheese to about 1/3 cup and added a little the meat and sauce as well. Plus I mixed some crushed Italian seasoning to the biscuit mix too. It was great, no left overs!!

I followed the recipe as said with the exception of a few other reviewers comments of adding garlic powder. I think it was good. My boyfriend and I had seconds and also had reheats of it today for lunch. BUT I still feel it is missing something... And I think next time I add more garlic to the bisquick and meat. Other then that I would def make it again. We also had a small caeser salad with it and that was a nice addition.

Thanks to the suggestions from other reviews, I added garlic salt to the bisquick and mushrooms to the beef mix. I also added some diced tomatos for a chunky feel. It turned out great! My 3ry old said "fantastic" and my picky hubby went back for seconds!

I think this is the same recipe I made for my son back in the early 70's. We were all poor back then and this was a big hit with the Friday dinner and cards night crowd. Most of all it was the biggest hit with my son who was at the age when he ate nothing. I'm now hoping to tempt my grandchildren who, like their father, eat nothing. This is a great and fast recipe and sure to become a family and friends' favorite!

very good, quick & easy meal. As suggested, I added mushrooms and black olives to the pasta and garlic and italian seasoning to the dough. Came out lovely!
