This was easy and delicious as promised. I lined the bottom of the pan with the pecans, for a faux nut crust. Served with whip cream (no carmel). Better than a lot of more complicated desserts. Will definitely make again.

This was so simple to make and came out perfectly the very first time I made it. My family loved it, even my husband who is very picky about pumpkin pie. I'll be making this again soon!

Just made this yesterday for the first time. I really liked it. I love pumpkin pie but don't like all the crust. This reminded me of a sort of pumpkin custardy type of dessert. I will definately make it again.

better the next day, so make a day in advance. super easy. Not rich like I expect cheese cake to be but a nice alternative to traditional pumpkin pie.

This really was extremely easy to make and tasted great. I followed the recipe exactly although I did not add the caramel topping & pecans; I just topped it with whipped cream. Definitely more like pumpkin pie than cheesecake and I didn't even miss the crust.

This is a very easy cheesecake to make. to answer another question about substitute for Bisquick. For each 1 cup Bisquick called for in a recipe, use 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening.

this cheesecake is super easy. I had never made a cheesecake that wasnt from a box before and this turned out great. I like it more then pumpkin pie. I added the carmel and pecans on top for that little something extra, it really made the dish. I will be making this again soon!

I made this for our Thanksgiving dessert this year. I made it more "Weight Watcher's" friendly by using low-fat bisquick, and fat-free cream cheese. I also substituted 2 egg whites for two of the eggs and 1/2 cup Splenda for 1/2 cup of sugar. I also omitted the pecan and caramel topping -- it just didn't need it. I did use fat-free dessert topping. It turned out absolutely delicious. My husband can't wait for me to make it again for Christmas! The only thing I'll change next time will be that I'll use a bain marie as I would w/ a traditional cheese cake.
