I am not a fan of Blue Cheese...is there a different cheese I could substitute? This sounds really good.

Added a bit of minced garlic to the ground beef, doubled the amount of blue cheese crumbles, and topped with an Italian blend of shredded cheese instead of the fried onions. Yum!

I season the meat, and add minced garlic to it at the end of frying. One other item, add Hatch Green Chile - preferably HOT! Delish!

My family really liked this! I made a minor change to punch up the flavor since a couple reviewers said they felt it was bland: I added Hot Italian Sausage to the ground beef and a pinch of Aleppo Pepper flakes. Yum!

Gave this 4 spoons after taking other reviewer's advice and seasoning the beef/onion mixture to taste (I used Montreal Steak Seasoning with a little garlic powder).

I took the advice of hnelsen and added cajun seasoning. Husband loved the muffins and said it was the best out of all the Impossibly easy pies.

These were delicious. I added cajun seasoning (about 1/2 a tsp) to the meat mixture to make them more of a black and blue burger and enhance the flavor of the meat. I also made spicy mayo (1/2 cup mayo 5-6 drops of hot sauce) as side dip. My kids loved them!

I've really been looking forward to making these, but was disappointed... very easy, at taste okay but not amazing. a little bland.
