The great taste of chicken tacos baked in a pie. Impossible? No, it's impossibly easy!

I added a bag of southwestern corn and some nacho/taco cheese to the mix, and based on these changes, it was pretty good. I will make again.

I thought this was delicious! I read the other reviews before I made it and made a few changes. I had some shredded chicken in the freezer from when I roasted a chicken last month, so it already had some good flavor. I added taco seasoning to the bisquick mixture as well as the chicken mixture and used Mexican, rather than cheddar cheese. I'll definitely make it again!

Delightfully easy to make. For the milk, I used 1/2 c. Skim milk and 1/2 c. ranch dressing. For the eggs, I substituted Egg Beaters ~ served with salsa and guacamole of course and a tossed salad

This was so easy and good. I always keep left over frozen cooked chicken on hand so it took a matter of seconds to mix everything and cook. Nice flavor and I will be making it again!

I've made this several times and my family loves it! I use canned white meat chicken and it works well. I use a mexican cheese blend. This cooks and sets up nicely. The last time I made it, only 3 of us had it and none was left. My hubby ate half of it! I like that it's so easy to throw together....no actual cooking involved, just assembly in the pie plate. I also make the ground beef version and it's equally as good.

I made this today and I found it to be rather dry. I think if a can of soup were added it would have been better. I wish I had read the other reviews first and I would have modified it.

Made this dish last night - quick and easy. Substituted ground turkey and almond cheese (melted nicely), served with Tofutti sour cream-chopped tomatoes-chopped lettuce; was delicious. Next time will do the same but make the meat/onion layer thicker, add a can of chili/tomatoes when browning meat/onion AND double all else to fit in a 9x13" pan so we may have friends over and possible leftovers!! Thank you, BC.

This is terrific, we love most of the "Impossible Pies", and had never tried this one, great taste! Topped with fat free sour cream and some Salsa. Quick and easy dinner!
