The great taste of chicken tacos baked in a pie. Impossible? No, it's impossibly easy!

I made this today and I found it to be rather dry. I think if a can of soup were added it would have been better. I wish I had read the other reviews first and I would have modified it.

Made this dish last night - quick and easy. Substituted ground turkey and almond cheese (melted nicely), served with Tofutti sour cream-chopped tomatoes-chopped lettuce; was delicious. Next time will do the same but make the meat/onion layer thicker, add a can of chili/tomatoes when browning meat/onion AND double all else to fit in a 9x13" pan so we may have friends over and possible leftovers!! Thank you, BC.

This is terrific, we love most of the "Impossible Pies", and had never tried this one, great taste! Topped with fat free sour cream and some Salsa. Quick and easy dinner!

Made this for dinner with a few changes and LOVED it. Was not dry or bland.I started with one can diced tomatoes(Zesty Chili),1 cup corn and half a can of pintos with jalapeno, chicken (1 can), and taco seasoning with 1/3 cup salsa.I put pepper jack on top then mixed bisquick and poured over. 400 for 35-40 minutes. I used an 8x8 square glass. Was perfect for my husband and I. Topped with a dallop of sour cream and green onion.

I added taco rice to the filling. Should have lessened the amount of bisquick like others said because it was a little dry. Despite the dryness, it was really good. Next time I want to add corn and jalopenos.

Before making this, I read other reviews and modified the recipe a little. I used canned chicken because I was in a hurry and just poured in some minced onion since I don't eat onions. I also poured in Hormel Chili with Beans (hot flavor) and then added the Bisquick mix. It turned out great...moist, flavorful and spicy! I would definitely make this again. It was so quick and easy!

I tried this it was great. But cooked it on lower temp. 375 for 45 min. It came out moist and delious. Topped it with lettuce, tomato, cheese. Tasted like a chicken taco. Also served sour cream and sliced avacado on the side. Will make it again. Boyfriend loved it.

I started off following the directions but as I read the reviews, I decided that I would add something extra so it wouldn't be so dry. I added a jar of picante sauce and a can of hormel chili without beans and then poured the bisquick mix over it. It turned out really good. Had a kick to it.
