This pot pie couldn't be easier. It’s loaded with chicken and vegetables in a creamy sauce and baked under an impossibly easy crust.

I needed something quick and filling for dinner. This recipe came to mind. Could not be easier or tastier. I made two pies and both were finished off. Will gladly make again and again.

This was fantastic! I used a mix of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots because that's what I had on hand. I also added about 1/3 cup of fresh shredded parmesan cheese to the Bisquick mixture and sprinkled italian seasoning on top before baking. This was so good that I had to stop eating because I was full and not because I wanted too! This will be added to our regular meal rotation!

What a great recipe! Easy to make and so tasty!. My husband loved it! I added the 1/2 tsp of dill to mine. Instead of frozen vegetables I used 1 can of peas and carrots. Next time I may cut the Bisquick down to 3/4C so there isn't quite as much crust. I will def. be making this one again.

This recipe is great. I also tried it with tuna and crabmeat. It came out great. Also try cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup, a little French onion soup mix, dry and chopped bell pepper. Comes out so great

This is very easy and economical to make. Super tasty! I cubed my chicken and cooked it in olive oil, basil leaves and garlic powder. I'll cook chicken and keep it for quick dinners. I also have substituted canned vegitable medley.

Thaw the veggies. I put them in water and then drained to speed it up. I also use peas and carrots. Mixed veggies with cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup or a can of both. Add leftover chicken or turkey. Place mixture in baking pan. To create crust use a separate bow land mix together milk, egg and bisquick. Beat together and try to remove lumps. Spread over the meat mixture in baking pan. Place in oven and bake until golden.
