Love this recipe. It reminds me of when I was a child and my mom made her version of this. My family loves it, and so do I (simple and so yummy)!!!

Am confused, love impossible cheeseburger pie but cant understand why when changing for a crowd it uses the same amount of meat as for the regular 9inch pie. I do use ground turkey instead of ground beef and it works well.

This is one of my all time favorite Impossibly Easy pies. With a little tweak, it can also be made with Gluten-Free Bisquick!

I have to say this is a hit in my house if I don't make it enough my children and or husband will beg for it. I do use different veggies (broccoli) if I use any at all. Definitely a mush have in any home.

This is a great dish for a family, if made correctly it is wonderful, just do not over cook it. My brother loved it and it was a hit at a church dinner.

when I was a little girl my uncle used to make this for us when he was in town except he took out the veggies added bacon and topped it with mashed potatoes at the end and called it po man pie lol. we loved it so much and always requested it. then one day when i was pregnant with my second child i had a really bad craving for it and called him up to get the recipe and he told me... look at the back of the bisquick box... lmao he told me what he did differently and ever since i have been wowing my kids with the great dish!

I have been making this for years with a couple of changes. After browning the beef, drain, add taco seasoning and bring to a boil. We also leave out the package of vegetables. Add a can of niblet corn to the bisquick, milk and eggs. Absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely the worse recipe I have ever used. What a waste of ingredients. The dog wouldn't even eat this. I'm throwing out the Bisquick and giving up. This is not your mother's Bisquick! Live and learn.

Made this last night very good!! I browned the meat first and then sautes the veggies and onions with the ground beef. Add a can of diced tomatoes and also added a little salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and 3 tablespoon of KC style BBQ sauce. I also added hot sauce and some bacon bits to the bisquick mixture. YUMMY!! Kids Love it!!

This type of recipe is very versitle. Easy to change to use up what you have on hand and double for a BIG CROWD. I like to shred a potato or two and pat in the bottom of a buttered baking pan for a tasty 'crust' for the 'impossible pies'. Green chilis, drined canned corn or mushrooms make a good addition. Please your own taste and enjoy.
