I just made this cake yesterday for a birthday present. WHAT A BUNCH OF COMPLIMENTS I GOT!!!The taste was delicious, the texture was perfect, the crust was beautiful - and I already have a request to make another one! It's also fun and easy to make - I made my own cake flour by adding 1 TBSP of corn starch to the measured and sifted all-purpose flour...it worked beautifully! Best angel food recipe I've ever tried - and I've tried hundreds, literally. NO FAIL CAKE!!!

I have baked this for both father's and mother's day, it's my parents favorites. It's also one of my favorites. Delicious and fun to make, much better than store bought angel food cake. Works well in a bundt cake pan as well.

Delious cake!! Made it for my grandma's 84th birthday because that is her favorite cake. She said it was "the best she's ever had, and I've had a few in my day." what a compliment!!!

I have been making this scratch Angel Food for years. I have one in the oven right now but thought I would share with others that this is truly the best ever. It sure beats the boxed mix or the ones you can buy in the grocery store! I use an easy vanilla glaze & sometimes add sprinkles just for fun. Otherwise it's strawberry's & whipped cream! Orange glaze, cherry glaze it doesn't matter it's just the best!

This recipe was simple and easy to follow, even for a novice cook/baker like me. It was a hit with all the people at church. I will definitely make it again and won't change a thing.

The first time I tried this recipe, I was 12 and ever since I've been famous for it. This is simple, but when you tell people it's made from scratch, they're just that much more impressed!!

I made this cake for the first time today and my family loved it! It was so easy to make and came out perfect. My sister-in-law loved it so much that she went on this web site to download the recipe! This is a keeper.

This cake was awesome! The flavor was better than any box cake mix and it was so moist. This cake is so versatile that I will definitely make it again.
